Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Refund Guidelines

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. Requests must be made within the applicable timeframes, and specific terms and conditions apply to different products and services. This policy does not cover incidental costs such as domain registration, setup fees, or third-party services.

30 Days Money Back Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our services. The following payment methods are non-refundable and will only be credited to the customer’s account:

  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • Western Union Payments
  • Checks
  • Money Orders

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • No refunds on domain registration, related services, third-party products, admin fees, or installation fees.
  • Only first-time accounts are eligible. Re-signed or secondary accounts are not eligible.
  • Request must be made within the specified refund period.
  • Service/product must be eligible for a refund per product-specific terms.
  • Request must be submitted through the official customer support portal.
  • No refund if services are suspended or terminated.
  • Request must be justified with a valid technical issue due to service performance.
  • Requests beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
  • No refund on monthly plans.
  • No refunds for hosting illegal content (e.g., copyrighted media without rights).
  • No refunds if suspended for email abuse, service misuse, illegal activity, or resource overuse.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • Google Workspace services
  • Control panel licenses
  • All other third-party services and products

Product-Specific Refund Terms

  • Shared Hosting: Refundable within 30 days of purchase
  • VPS Hosting: Refundable within 7 days of purchase
  • Dedicated Servers: Refundable within 7 days of purchase
  • Cloud Hosting: Refundable within 7 days of purchase

Notice of Cancellation

Subscribers must direct all cancellation requests to HostingRaja.in via email. The request must include verification of account and/or domain ownership. Additionally, the subscriber must confirm that all emails, files, and databases have been backed up externally.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email our Customer Relationship Team at: help@skynyx.host. Include your account details and the reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our support team. All cancellation requests must be in writing. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will then be terminated.
